The second lie: it's all up to God. Surrender. Wait for signs. Call it faith.

The work is the middle. Take responsibility for your life AND surrender to something bigger than you. Not one or the other. Both. At the same time.

That tension — that dance — is where everything real happens.

Nobody teaches you this in yoga teacher training.

I sit with people in the gap—between who they were and who they're becoming. Heartbreak. Spiritual awakening. The moment when your old story stops working.

I don't coach from above. I've made the same mistakes. I held onto things too long. I avoided the conversations that mattered. I raged at people I loved over cherry tomatoes.

The difference is I've been through the part where you let go and it doesn't kill you. That's what I bring.
